Policies and Procedures
 

ORDERS
All orders require payment in full at time of ordering.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please understand we cannot collect for duties and taxes on your country's behalf. Please contact us at sales@stereovisioninc.com for a quote that includes shipping, duties, and taxes.

PAYMENT
StereoVision Imaging, Inc. accepts all major credit cards.

All orders require payment in full at time of ordering. For international orders please understand we cannot collect for duties and taxes on your countries behalf. You must pay all customs, duties and broker fees assessed by your country. (Please look into this at your local customs office before you place your order).

SALES TAX
StereoVision Imaging, Inc. resides and operates in California. We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to California. Those who live outside California will not be charged sales tax.

DELIVERY
Your order of the 3D VuCAM™ product and accessories will ship to you directly from StereoVision Imaging, usually within 2-3 weeks. You may cancel your order at any time before shipment and receive a full refund.

ORDER /STATUS
To check on your order, please refer to the item ordered where approximate ship times are noted. Please email us anytime at sales@stereovisioninc.com or call us Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST. When inquiring about your order, please be sure to give us your name and order number.

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
At StereoVision Imaging, Inc. we stand behind our products and strive to offer you excellent support. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 5 days after you received the products. For return service, please use our online RMA Request Form. Your RMA number will be sent to you via email. the RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the package. No return or exchange is accepted without an RMA number. Please refer to the RMA Procedure for complete instructions.

In order to receive your refund or exchanged items, the returned items must include all original packing material, including the box, manual, and warranty card for each item. If any item is not returned in original condition, even if you are within the above time periods, you may be subject to a restocking fee. Only items received back in their original condition are eligible for a full refund of the sale price.

In the event that your product was damaged in transit or there was an error in processing your order, please contact our customer service department for return instructions.
